Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications.
- Operationalize prototypes developed by the Dublin and local AI teams.
- Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
- Collaborate with AI teams and technology counterparts in Dublin and Cluj.
- Establish development frameworks, standards, prompt engineering practices, and reusable solution guidelines.
- Work experimentally in a fast-paced, Agile environment and iterate on proof-of-concept solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with a modern frontend framework, ideally React; Vue or Angular are also acceptable.
- Hands-on experience with NestJS, NodeJS, or a similar backend technology stack.
- Experience with or knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering techniques, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Creative problem-solving and willingness to learn and adapt.
