Software Engineer II - Collaborative Web Platform

- Build and ship full-stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product and design partners to translate requirements into software.
- Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code review.
- Integrate AI tooling into the development workflow and product.
- Help maintain a high engineering quality bar and contribute to shared ownership of quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production experience shipping software across both backend and frontend systems.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, or webhooks.
- Comfort working in cloud-native environments using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language.
- Strong software fundamentals, including testing, maintainability, and tradeoff analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Active experience using AI in development workflows or integrating it into products.
