Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build reusable integration services, accelerators, and reference templates aligned with enterprise data, identity, and security standards.
- Design, build, and maintain robust integrations and data pipelines using scripts, connectors, middleware services, APIs, and webhooks.
- Define source-to-destination mappings, transformation logic, exception handling, monitoring, and operational support approaches.
- Connect Google Workspace and GM core platforms, including identity services, reporting environments, asset repositories, and approved AI platforms.
- Modernize Microsoft-dependent workflows, legacy interfaces, and older automations into scalable Google-aligned patterns.
- Design and support Microsoft, Google, and internal-platform coexistence during phased migration waves, including cutovers, permissions validation, metadata mapping, and stabilization.
- Partner with product leads and technical program managers to deliver integrations, conduct design reviews, troubleshoot deployments, and support hypercare.
- Author technical designs, dependency maps, runbooks, and handover materials for long-term sustainment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in integration engineering, software engineering, platform architecture, or enterprise application integration in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Production-level proficiency in Python and scripting or automation frameworks.
- Extensive experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware solutions, and ETL or data transformation logic.
- Understanding of cloud integration patterns, modern application architecture, Git-based version control, and multi-system integration debugging.
- Experience designing secure, supportable integrations across SaaS platforms and internal enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication, authorization, identity integration, and access-control frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs, architecture risks, and engineering decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365-to-Google Workspace migration or coexistence programs, Google Workspace administration and APIs, Google Apps Script, AppSheet, Gemini Enterprise, Glean, AskGM, Databricks, data-retention and privacy frameworks, automated testing, cutover planning, data validation, hypercare, and sustainment models.
