Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, develop, and improve ServiceNow ITSM applications and digital products.
- Design and maintain automated ATF test scripts and regression test suites for platform updates, upgrades, and custom application deployments.
- Execute manual and automated test scenarios, analyze results, log defects, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to review requirements and update test scenarios.
- Apply software engineering practices to support quality, security, reliability, compliance, observability, incident resolution, and sustainable deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ATF.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management processes, workflows, and the ITSM module.
- Experience designing and executing automated and manual testing for ServiceNow applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and related processes is preferred.
- A background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education.
