Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Configure and customize Workday US Payroll applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, and contribute to key decisions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability development.
- Manage integration processes between Workday and other systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.
- Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
- Experience with application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integrations between Workday and other systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
