Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex core components of the Idira Credential Provider product.
- Drive technical influence across multiple engineering teams and foster cross-site R&D collaboration.
- Partner with Principal Engineers, Architects, and Product leaders on architectural decisions and systemic challenges.
- Harden the product and deliver security enhancements by translating threat scenarios into engineering solutions.
- Mentor peers, lead design reviews, and establish high standards for code quality and modern engineering practices.
- Adopt and promote AI-driven development workflows and continuous integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Deep proficiency in C++ alongside Java, C#, or Go/Python.
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering projects end-to-end in a global environment.
- Strong backend server programming experience, including multithreading, performance tuning, and scalable architecture.
- Hands-on C++ development across multiple operating systems.
- Strong interest in AI-driven development and modern engineering tools.
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity, secrets management, identity security, or OS-level security architecture.
- Preferred experience using AI-assisted coding tools, AWS, Jenkins, Artifactory, and modern CI/CD practices.
