Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Develop, review, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality production code.
- Influence product design, application functionality, technical operations, and engineering processes.
- Drive innovation in scalable, flexible, and future-proof machine learning solutions.
- Advise executive leadership on machine learning initiatives and solutions.
- Architect and oversee next-generation machine learning models and systems.
- Support real-time predictions, big data processing, and advanced analytics.
- Promote software and model quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or a similar field with 2+ years of experience.
- Training and work experience in LLM, NLP, and search.
- Proven experience building and scaling software or machine learning platforms in enterprise or high-growth environments.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and MLOps tools and practices.
- Strong proficiency in engineering programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency building AI agents with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Experience integrating tools and building RAG-based solutions such as OpenSearch.
- Hands-on experience with software development pipelines and orchestration tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience developing large-scale machine learning solutions for classification, regression, or recommender systems is preferred.
