Responsibilities
- Design and refine large language model architectures for natural-language processing and generation.
- Design neural network parameters and support model training on large-scale unlabeled text data.
- Lead innovative architectural solutions to improve model performance.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts and align strategies with organizational objectives.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in AI architecture.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and model-training methodologies.
- Proficiency in evaluating model performance and implementing improvements.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans.
