Responsibilities
- Document automation runbooks, playbooks, technical procedures, and operational processes.
- Gather requirements and implement automation solutions with business, application, infrastructure, data engineering, and support teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using scripting, APIs, orchestration tools, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Develop automation for reporting, data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and operational support.
- Create dashboards, KPI reports, and executive reporting solutions.
- Monitor automation jobs, troubleshoot failures, and implement proactive improvements.
- Support operational teams with reusable automation frameworks and self-service capabilities, including support for SailPoint.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, data governance standards, and audit controls.
- Optimize business processes and support enterprise AI, analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data engineering, automation engineering, business process automation, or related technology roles.
- Strong knowledge of Python, PowerShell, SQL, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with API integrations, REST services, enterprise application connectivity, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Apache Airflow.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar database technologies.
- Experience with data modeling, data quality, data validation, dashboard development, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, source control tools such as Git, monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, compliance requirements, and process documentation.
- Preferred familiarity with AI-enabled automation and intelligent process automation solutions.
- Strong business process analysis, analytical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
