Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
- Use PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Modify and maintain PeopleSoft HCM, Time and Labor, and North America Payroll modules.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Participate in application upgrades and patching activities.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Work with functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions.
- Debug and resolve issues using PeopleSoft debugging tools.
- Support integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain and retain an interim Secret clearance, which requires US citizenship.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, or another programming language.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Understanding of software development concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn PeopleSoft development tools.
