Responsibilities
- Develop aircraft simulation software models for flight simulator training devices.
- Troubleshoot simulator technical issues and complete hardware and software updates.
- Perform verification and validation of simulator software changes.
- Support simulator qualification and regulatory activities.
- Collaborate with Boeing engineering teams, suppliers, instructors, pilots, customers, and regulators.
- Support ad-hoc night-shift work aligned with simulator schedules and project requirements.
Requirements
- Must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
- Strong interest in aviation is preferred.
- Working toward an engineering or software degree is preferred.
- Experience with C/C++ programming is preferred.
- Experience with aerospace engineering or avionics is preferred.
- Experience with simulation and modeling is preferred.
- Private pilot experience or interest is preferred.
- Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
