Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate test cases using BDD-based frameworks and Playwright.
- Perform manual, UI, and automated testing of QSWAT tools and report defects.
- Analyze tool issues and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Plan, define, and manage the overall quality strategy, including test planning and execution.
- Collaborate with development teams to support consistent, high-quality project delivery.
- Identify QA process bottlenecks and lead corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze quality data and define KPIs for tool performance.
- Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of academic or industry experience in software quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, BDD-based testing frameworks, and Playwright with TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
- Understanding of UI testing, automated testing, and Test-Driven Development practices.
- Experience with software QA tools, testing processes, and quality best practices.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational databases and ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Experience with Perforce or Gerrit version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Jenkins.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, exposure to Azure and GCP, application performance testing experience, and experience applying GenAI use cases to QA processes.
