Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable GraphQL APIs and data solutions.
- Use TypeScript for efficient back-end development and support front-end and back-end applications.
- Develop and support multiple products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Design, implement, and review automated test cases.
- Build and operate cloud, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality, maintainability, and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting software stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and designers to define and deliver solutions.
- Manage hands-on delivery of innovative projects against timeline and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and software development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of software development experience leading large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Strong GraphQL expertise, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Expertise in TypeScript for front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with BPMN workflow solutions such as Camunda.
- Proficiency with Redis data modeling, performance optimization, and data migration.
- Familiarity with Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially GitHub.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design is preferred.
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and code-quality skills.
