Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop scalable Python backend services using AWS cloud services.
- Architect and implement serverless solutions with API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Design and evolve microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
- Define technical architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement monitoring and observability with CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on end-to-end solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices and code quality.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Strong experience with React and Next.js and solid backend development experience with Python.
- Proven AWS experience including API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Experience designing microservices architectures and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with CloudWatch and CloudTrail for monitoring and logging.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design.
- Preferred familiarity with AI tooling, technical leadership at Staff/Principal level, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Agile environments, modern frontend patterns such as SSR and SSG, and distributed or global teams.
