Responsibilities
- Design and develop well-tested, scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Integrate AI development tools to improve engineering workflows and user engagement.
- Deliver new features and optimize existing web experiences across multiple brands.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on frontend best practices.
- Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites.
- Own significant feature areas end to end and improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building complex, high-performing web applications.
- Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Preferred: UX/UI design sensibilities and experience working with product designers.
- Preferred: functional programming experience.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with AI development tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
