Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a data governance subject-matter expert and collaborate with teams on decisions and solutions.
- Develop and enforce data policies and standards while improving data quality and integrity across systems.
- Lead best-practice initiatives to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in data governance.
- Proficiency in data governance, data management principles, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience developing and enforcing data policies and standards.
- Ability to analyze and improve data quality and integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies supporting data governance initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to implement data governance strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
