Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures and MLOps solutions.
- Translate customer use cases into robust, secure, explainable, and compliant AI/ML solutions.
- Integrate models into applications and business processes and manage deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle operations.
- Coach engineers and data scientists and align business, data science, and engineering stakeholders.
- Contribute to presales, propositions, customer presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- Hbo or wo-level working and thinking ability.
- At least 4 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Lead AI/ML Engineer, or in a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, production deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Experience with Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learn.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP, and with CI/CD practices.
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coaching, ownership, and leadership skills.
- Excellent Dutch language proficiency in speaking and writing at C1 level.
