Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCG Consulting and BCG X teams to solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software and data solutions across different technical domains.
- Apply engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle to support quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to collaborative engineering teams through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026 and July 2027.
- 6 to 10 months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience.
- Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Foundational knowledge of software and/or data engineering concepts, including databases and APIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on academic, research, or internship experience; participation in hackathons, courses, or industry events; and exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
