Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications aligned with Oracle Banking capabilities.
- Define functional specifications, product parameters, workflows, and business rules for banking domains.
- Align Oracle Banking modules with FLEXCUBE 14.8 and surrounding systems using APIs and middleware.
- Oversee data migration, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Drive release readiness, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
- Coordinate with a multi-party vendor team, maintain client relationships, and facilitate workshops and governance sessions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with OBTF trade instruments, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, documentary credits, and collections.
- Experience with OBPM payment processing, including SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS, NEFT, and cross-border payments.
- Experience with OBELCM credit facilities, collateral tracking, limit utilization, and exposure management.
- Experience with OBCL syndicated and bilateral lending, drawdowns, repayments, and fee management.
