Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust GenAI platforms, LLM and embedding solutions, and RAG pipelines across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premise environments.
- Create and orchestrate multi-agent architectures and MCP servers using agent frameworks and SDKs.
- Industrialize AI solutions through observability, monitoring, security, governance, and MLOps/LLMOps/MCPOps practices.
- Prototype and benchmark emerging technologies, frameworks, and multimodal approaches.
- Advise major organizations on generative AI and agentic AI topics.
- Lead consulting engagements, coordinate stakeholders, ensure deliverable quality, and meet commitments.
- Mentor consultants, support team growth, and disseminate the firm's best practices.
- Contribute to Data and AI offerings by identifying market trends and developing tools, frameworks, and benchmarks.
- Support business development through proposal responses, pre-sales activities, and client account expansion.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience developing AI solutions and more than 1 year developing generative and agentic AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one GenAI or agentic framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, SmolAgent, FastMCP, Google ADK, OpenAI SDK, or Semantic Kernel.
- Software engineering skills and experience with at least one of FastAPI, Django, Flask, Streamlit, or React.
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud solutions using Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, and GitHub for version control.
- Strong interest in useful and responsible AI, including industrialization, security, and governance.
- Fluent French and English communication skills.
