Responsibilities
- Design and lead the development and implementation of scalable large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters for natural language processing and generation using large unstructured text datasets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions and solutions spanning teams.
- Optimize, evaluate, and improve model performance through testing and validation.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical influence and advisory guidance.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Make team decisions and address complex machine learning architecture problems.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep knowledge and experience in machine learning and large language model architecture.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience handling large-scale unstructured text datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to evaluate and improve model performance through rigorous testing and validation.
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Azure Data Services is preferred.
- Strong influencing, advisory, cross-team collaboration, and mentoring skills.
