Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use AI copilots and LLM tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Coordinate adoption of AI-assisted development practices between traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated experience using copilots and LLM tools for software development.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python; and with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization.
- Ability to deliver enterprise solutions without training models or designing ML architectures.
