Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to translate business objectives into technical instructions.
- Design and iterate on complex prompt architectures for AI agents.
- Consult with customers to build transformational AI solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations during deployments.
- Lead the deployment of AI workflows into customer environments.
- Develop systems to monitor AI behavior for safety and security.
- Optimize AI agents post-integration based on performance metrics.
- Set up tracking systems for customer dashboards.
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role related to AI/SaaS.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML stack, including LLMs and Generative AI.
- Proven experience in advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Track record of deploying LLM-based applications at scale.
- Strong proficiency in working with APIs and building MCP servers.
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Ability to use Python or Node.js for scripting and middleware.
- Experience with model fine-tuning for deployment constraints.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable results.
