Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-grade Generative AI systems using LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, and embedding pipelines.
- Design autonomous agent workflows with context management, multi-agent coordination, and task delegation.
- Optimize system performance, latency, response accuracy, prompt strategies, retrieval augmentation, and caching logic.
- Lead architectural reviews and enforce prompt safety, governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Define reusable AI design patterns and scalable capabilities with product, platform, and engineering leaders.
- Guide engineering pods on GenAI best practices, resilience, and prompt lifecycle management.
- Develop reusable SDKs, templates, and shared agent logic to accelerate development across teams.
- Evaluate advances in LLM tooling, orchestration frameworks, and prompt optimization techniques.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and influence AI adoption across programs.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with demonstrated experience building and scaling GenAI applications.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs, vector databases, embedding models, and agent frameworks.
- Experience designing agent-based systems using framework-agnostic orchestration patterns.
- Experience deploying secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud-native AI solutions, preferably in the Azure ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, production-grade model monitoring, system design, performance tuning, and distributed architectures.
- Preferred experience with Model Context Protocols, agent-to-agent communication patterns, reusable GenAI frameworks, accelerators, developer platforms, and LLM governance and observability tools.
- Preferred exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments in supply chain, optimization, or decision intelligence systems.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent Polish and very good English skills.
