Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise client-mastering applications.
  • Design scalable solutions for client onboarding, identity resolution, hierarchy management, survivorship, deduplication, and data quality management.
  • Build and integrate APIs and services that distribute trusted client data across enterprise systems.
  • Translate complex business and data requirements into secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Improve platform performance, modernize application components, and ensure production stability.
  • Establish engineering standards and promote best practices across development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews while influencing technology direction.
  • Guide teams through solution design, implementation, and delivery and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Champion AI-assisted engineering practices and apply AI-driven techniques to anomaly detection, profiling, and intelligent recommendations.
  • Drive automation, continuous improvement, delivery quality, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
  • Experience with master data management, client mastering, data integration, or enterprise data platform solutions.
  • Experience leading technical architecture and application design initiatives.
  • Experience building scalable full-stack applications and API-driven platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI-assisted engineering practices to improve software delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Java development, API management, database technologies, cloud engineering, or frontend development are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, React JS, Log4j, Oracle, MySQL, Cosmos DB, and API management platforms such as Apigee.
  • Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, JIRA, JUnit, Mockito, and SonarLint.
