Base Salary
$180k - $315k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture and technical direction for key areas of the Documents Platform.
- Build reusable document capabilities for creating, generating, importing, signing, annotating, tracking, and managing documents.
- Design extensible APIs and scalable systems supporting document use cases, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with Product to deliver intuitive end-to-end document experiences.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence technical decisions, and raise the engineering bar across the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership on complex product or platform initiatives.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into simple, scalable systems, APIs, and reusable solutions.
- Experience operating across backend architecture, data models, APIs, and user-facing experiences.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence technical direction, and align teams around complex problems.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design reliable, scalable systems and learn new technologies quickly.
- Python, TypeScript, and React experience is a plus but not required.
