Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications based on client business requirements.
- Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Support data migration from legacy systems and validate data structures, accuracy, and consistency.
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
- Create technical documentation covering configurations, customizations, data schemas, and technical decisions.
- Test ServiceNow configurations for functionality, data integrity, and user experience, and resolve identified issues.
- Support end-user training, change management, incident resolution, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, project managers, support teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintain current ServiceNow expertise through certification, training, and continuous learning.
- Communicate project risks, issues, successes, and status effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- At least 1 year of JavaScript experience, including advanced JavaScript experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in agile software development and strong experience working on agile Scrum teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States.
- Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder presentation, collaboration, autonomy, and attention to detail are required.
- Active DHS or DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
