Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models with emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and apply evaluation metrics to guide iterative improvements.
- Prepare and preprocess data to improve model accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and implement updates for emerging requirements and challenges.
- Document fine-tuning processes and share knowledge with the team.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems independently.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, natural language processing techniques, and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs.
- Familiarity with programming languages used in model development and deployment.
- Knowledge of evaluation metrics for assessing model performance and relevance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
