Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of test cases and documentation of test results for customer deliveries.
- Plan and perform component, integration, smoke, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, customers, and QA colleagues on testing scope, dependencies, and requirements.
- Investigate and help resolve functional production issues.
- Contribute to software and delivery quality reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve testing and team processes and promote quality practices across the Scrum team.
- Mentor team members in QA practices, testing approaches, and domain knowledge.
- Evaluate and apply AI-assisted testing, quality engineering, defect analysis, and automation techniques.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, Business/System Analysis, or a similar role is required.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Ability and willingness to adopt AI technologies, including Generative AI, AI-assisted testing, intelligent agents, and automation capabilities.
- Experience or comfort working in an Agile environment and directly with customers from different cultures.
- Strong English communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
