Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve enterprise applications with embedded AI-powered features.
- Contribute to AI adoption, AI usage best practices, and controls within applications.
- Perform requirements analysis, estimation, solution evaluation, design, coding, testing, code analysis, and peer reviews.
- Design secure, controlled, extensible, reusable, and user-focused software solutions.
- Work with product owners, application users, and technology and business partners on product vision and delivery.
- Identify delivery barriers, implement iterative customer-value improvements, and support service improvement initiatives.
- Handle development environment setup, application support, progress reporting, and critical issue escalation.
- Participate in release and change management activities, including occasional work outside regular hours.
Requirements
- Business-level written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proven ability to build intelligent business applications using AI technologies, MCP, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Detailed knowledge of AI best practices, controls, and software development principles.
- Enterprise software delivery experience using Java or C#.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC, REST, Web API, and unit testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases; PostgreSQL and DynamoDB are advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Git through GitLab, source control, and branching and merging practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop across multiple programming languages.
- Preferred experience with test-driven development, Agile methodologies, clean code programming, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, Angular v8+, JavaScript libraries, AWS, C#, .NET, .NET Core, IIS, DynamoDB, Redis, CloudFront, Docker, Kubernetes, Anthos, AWS ECS, Jira, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Prior experience working in large corporate enterprises is preferred.
