Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve enterprise applications with embedded AI-powered features.
- Contribute to AI adoption and establish best practices and controls for AI usage within applications.
- Perform full-lifecycle Agile development, including requirements analysis, estimation, design, coding, testing, and peer code reviews.
- Analyze requirements and issues, evaluate solution alternatives, and implement iterative improvements that add customer value.
- Design secure, controlled, extensible, and reusable solutions using common design patterns and development tools.
- Work with product owners, application users, and technology and business partners on the product vision and delivery.
- Support service improvement initiatives, development environments, application support, release management, and ad hoc team duties.
- Communicate delivery progress and raise critical issues or blockers.
Requirements
- Business-level written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proven ability to build intelligent business applications using current AI technologies, MCP, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
- Detailed knowledge of AI best practices and controls, as well as software development principles.
- Enterprise software development experience using Java or C#.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC, REST, Web API, and unit-testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases; PostgreSQL and DynamoDB experience is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Git through GitLab and source-code control and branching/merging practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop using multiple programming languages.
- Preferred experience with test-driven development, Agile methodologies, clean-code programming, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, TypeScript, Angular v8+, JavaScript libraries, AWS, C#, .NET, .NET Core, IIS, Docker, Kubernetes, Anthos, AWS ECTS, Jira, Jenkins, and Nexus.
- Prior experience working in large corporate enterprises is preferred.
