Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Develop and support EIBs, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation integrations.
- Configure and support Workday Business Processes based on business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for integration, reporting, configuration, and functional issues.
- Support mass data uploads, user template processing, outbound integrations, and Workday content such as questionnaires and onboarding materials.
- Maintain Workday security profiles and appropriate security configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Follow ITSM incident, problem, and change management processes and provide support during US business hours.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of total experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Workday integrations, including development, enhancement, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation, Workday Reports, and BIRT development.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration, Workday security, and security profiles.
- Experience supporting existing Workday functional and integration solutions.
- Knowledge of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Applicant Tracking System, Recruiting, Employee Management System, and Learning Management System is advantageous.
- Workday certification is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple integration requirements and support different integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
