Base Salary
$149k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews.
- Lead key initiatives within Connected Devices.
- Set a high technical bar through code and architecture design reviews.
- Mentor other engineers, including Senior Engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated customer solutions.
- Improve engineering processes, including long-term planning, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
- Build stable, low-latency software for a mission-critical environment.
- Work with open source technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience in C++, Go, Rust, and/or another systems programming language.
- 10+ years of experience writing unit, integration, and/or system-level tests.
- 5+ years of experience mentoring junior team members and/or leading small teams.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design, and code quality verification.
- Experience with Embedded Linux development and/or RTOS.
