Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation while optimizing performance, security, and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor less experienced developers.
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven Salesforce capabilities where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification or 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and data management best practices.
- Experience with Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Snowflake, or Boomi.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein and AI integration concepts.
