Base Salary
$177k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy Cloud-based pipelines for VLM/VLA training datasets.
- Develop VLM-assisted auto-labeling systems using foundation models.
- Produce language-grounded reasoning annotations for VLA training.
- Curate datasets that improve downstream VLM/VLA model metrics.
- Define dataset schemas, quality metrics, and validation processes.
- Collaborate with model teams to ensure dataset specifications and quality.
- Build distributed pipelines using cloud infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor less-experienced engineers and guide project design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or 3+ years with a Master's.
- Proficiency in Computer Vision & Deep Learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with multimodal/VLM models and data curation.
- Familiarity with distributed ML frameworks like PyTorch and Spark.
- Strong Python software development skills and experience with CI systems.
