Responsibilities
- Operationalize and support strategic ML models and agentic AI solutions in production.
- Research, implement, maintain, and document tools, frameworks, platforms, and processes for scaling AI solutions.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot agentic custom connectors, custom actions, and related integrations.
- Own ML DevOps tools and processes, including installation, maintenance, documentation, training, and best practices.
- Create and maintain production, staging, QA, and development environments.
- Create and operationalize quality assurance processes for ML models.
- Own cloud security compliance and optimize cloud spending.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise products and GCP pipelines.
- Develop and use APIs and endpoints in GCP environments.
- Optimize model deployment and change-control processes.
- Mentor team members and lead technology and best-practice initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required; the qualifications also specify at least 3 years in a software, integration, ML engineering, AI engineering, or data science role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Strong familiarity with GCP and the Vertex AI Platform.
- Experience building and maintaining traditional ML pipelines in GCP.
- Experience with cloud engineering in a GCP environment.
- Experience integrating products such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, OneTrust, and Workday with GCP pipelines.
- Experience building and using APIs and endpoints, ideally in GCP.
- Background with an agentic AI platform, preferably Glean.
- Strong understanding of orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
- Experience with communication protocols such as MCP.
- Ability to mentor others and lead teams in technology and best practices.
