Responsibilities
- Deliver SaaS products to customers globally while meeting service-level agreements.
- Deploy, upgrade, and support applications, services, and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot system performance and application health issues.
- Own and manage the incident resolution process.
- Develop or use automation for production operations and support additional projects as requested.
- Follow all security and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
- Have working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident due to CGRP security requirements.
- Knowledge of remote system administration, system performance monitoring, modern SaaS technologies, public cloud platforms, PowerShell, and Ansible is beneficial.
