Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional partner experiences by providing technical expertise and scoping use cases.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to design and support ecosystem integrations.
- Guide partners on best practices for leveraging the OpenAI API and ChatGPT.
- Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions.
- Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs.
- Gather partner feedback to help shape product roadmaps and future partner programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, MCP, REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience supporting ecosystem or partner motions, including co-development.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Collaborative attitude with a focus on helping partners and internal teams succeed.
