Base Salary
$124k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, and integration across Oracle EBS R12.2, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Drive delivery using Lean Agile practices and promote measurable improvements in team velocity and business value realization.
- Champion DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and Test-Driven Development across the software development lifecycle.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions with business, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Coach and mentor employees and consultants while promoting engineering quality, security, and delivery practices.
- Provide governance and escalation oversight for critical incidents and support issue-resolution teams with technical direction.
- Support Oracle roadmap planning, governance, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS architecture, performance tuning, release management, and support models.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Visual Builder, Groovy Scripting, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Oracle APEX, REST, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience driving Lean Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational or delivery outcomes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certification is preferred.
