Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features, modules, and reusable components for healthcare software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications with a focus on quality, performance, scalability, and stability.
- Design, code, debug, test, and deliver clean, maintainable software.
- Develop integrations with hospital and clinical IT systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle from design through delivery and support.
- Create technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Italian customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide remote support for international projects and Ascom sites when required.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Microsoft C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Strong hands-on experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with distributed systems and system integrations.
- Understanding of software quality, performance, and maintainability principles.
- Ability to work across the full development lifecycle.
- Comfort collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
