Base Salary
$300k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with product teams to become a field expert on new products and capabilities.
- Own technical go-to-market readiness for model and product launches, including early testing, field assessments, and capability education.
- Build customer-relevant demos, evaluations, and prototypes and define performance standards for important domains.
- Develop playbooks, training sessions, and reference architectures with Technical Enablement.
- Solve novel technical challenges for strategic customers and turn learnings into scalable field approaches.
- Synthesize customer insights, adoption patterns, blockers, and capability gaps to inform Product and Research roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales and Applied AI teams on high-value accounts requiring specialized technical knowledge.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, implementation support, and research collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, AI startup founder, or similar technical professional, ideally with customer or end-user exposure.
- Strong technical aptitude and strong proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Meaningful experience building with large language models, including shipping LLM-powered products, developing agents or workflows, or integrating models into production systems.
- Experience designing evaluations, building prototypes, or creating technical enablement for complex products.
- Ability to develop domain expertise quickly and serve as a credible technical voice on new topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex subjects to diverse internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to execute amid ambiguity, adapt across domains, and develop simple solutions to business problems.
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset and interest in safe, beneficial AI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.

- Annual base salary range of $300,000-$400,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office time.
