Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable large language model architectures.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Handle large-scale datasets and implement language-model training pipelines.
- Evaluate models and tune performance for accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on technical strategy.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in neural network architecture design and optimization for natural language processing.
- Experience handling large-scale datasets and implementing language-model training pipelines.
- Familiarity with model evaluation and performance-tuning techniques.
- Ability to integrate language models into broader AI systems and workflows.
- Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is preferred.
