Responsibilities
- Apply software systems engineering across technical planning, requirements definition, systems integration, technical support, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Lead test planning and execution by developing use cases, test procedures, and test data.
- Contribute to the UNIFY product vision and roadmap, define and prioritize features, and write product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
- Manage product backlog priorities and use metrics, engagement data, and usability data to guide enhancements.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, HR, Finance, internal leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the organization as a technical contact on contracts and projects and address significant technical matters across organizations.
- Participate in CI/CD and DevSecOps practices and help deliver scalable cloud-native solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience, or master’s degree and 7 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Strong software systems engineering experience across the full software lifecycle.
- Hands-on software testing experience, including use cases, test procedures, and test data.
- Experience delivering cloud-native, enterprise-grade platforms and integrating systems.
- Full-stack development familiarity and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams.
- Extensive Product Owner experience, including backlog management, user story writing, and feature prioritization.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or an equivalent Agile certification.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and creativity and to work independently and collaboratively.
