Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose, design, and implement new AI technical concepts and solutions.
- Integrate AI projects into production environments to support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies and algorithms.
- Provide technical support to factories for operational excellence, process improvement, and production-stage data analysis.
- Develop and deploy regression, classification, and computer vision models in production environments.
- Collaborate globally with research teams, technology centers, technology managers, factory engineers, universities, and research institutes.
- Integrate systems with existing hardware and build new setups from scratch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and experience in data science.
- Expert-level Python skills and hands-on model development experience for regression, classification, and computer vision tasks.
- Hands-on proficiency in object detection, image classification, and image processing, including production deployment best practices.
- Extensive experience with Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, and similar Python packages.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS; GCP experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating systems with hardware and building new setups; artificial intelligence vision systems experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, English communication, and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Project management and technical leadership experience or ability is preferred.
