Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver project deliverables as an AI Engineer.
- Guide engineers in building LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications.
- Improve engineering productivity by incorporating AI into coding standards and practices.
- Serve as the AI projects design authority and shape engineering best practices and methodologies.
- Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines and AI/ML models.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems with data scientists and engineers.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.
- Research new AI/ML techniques and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience developing and implementing AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Experience designing scalable machine learning pipelines and integrating AI/ML solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with large-dataset processing, model training and evaluation, generative AI, and large language models.
- Experience modernizing legacy code, adopting emerging technologies, and leading multiple AI application development workstreams.
- Experience acting as an engineering design authority, shaping best practices, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with infrastructure automation development and using LLMs to enhance productivity.
- Experience developing robust and scalable cybersecurity products.
- Experience conducting AI/ML research, mentoring junior team members, and leading key-module implementations.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience or an advanced degree with more than 2 years of experience.
