Base Salary
$93k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain wireless validation infrastructure, test pools, base stations, and automation platforms.
- Perform technical triage, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations across modem software, infrastructure, and automation systems.
- Develop Python automation tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows for efficiency and operational visibility.
- Analyze logs, crash dumps, and test results and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Generate operational reports, execution metrics, and validation status updates.
- Support modem validation workloads and track readiness for release milestones.
- Validate MPSS image-level integration across RF SW, NR5G, Data, MMCP, IMS, and other integrated subsystems.
- Develop and execute integration test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, regression, and system-level MPSS validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Understanding of wireless communications and digital communication fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Preferred qualifications include modem validation, wireless testing, protocol troubleshooting, 4G LTE/5G NR protocol knowledge, and experience with automation frameworks or large-scale test environments.
- Preferred experience includes wireless test equipment such as Keysight, Anritsu, R&S, or Spirent and exposure to AI/ML-based analytics, automated failure triage, or engineering productivity tools.
