Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance services following industry best practices.
- Understand user needs and develop solutions in collaboration with product teams.
- Engage in pair programming and provide feedback on team projects.
- Participate in technical discussions and own decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with modern security standards in collaboration with the security team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language and willingness to learn TypeScript and Golang.
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture is a plus.
- Familiarity with operational practices such as Observability, Security, and CI/CD.
- Cloud experience in AWS; GCP knowledge is a plus.
- A passion for automation and a drive to improve engineering skills.
