Responsibilities

Configure, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Maintain CMDB integrity and data quality while supporting process improvements.
Implement automation using Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scripted REST APIs.
Configure dashboards and analytical reports based on stakeholder requirements.
Contribute to integrations between ServiceNow and Snowflake, Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot issues, refine configurations, and support ServiceNow platform optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and follow ServiceNow best practices.

At least 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting experience.
Experience with JavaScript and Glide API.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM fundamentals.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services integrations.
Familiarity with Workflows engines, Catalog Items, and ACLs.
Experience with unit, regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
Analytical, debugging, communication, adaptability, and autonomous-delivery skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
A BS in Informatics or Computer Science, or equivalent, is nice to have.
