Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Lightning Experience.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations with .NET applications, SharePoint, REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including custom development and integrations.
- Lead architecture reviews and design discussions while applying Salesforce security, governance, performance, and scalability best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing solutions, and ensure application maintainability and scalability.
- Support Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and DevOps processes.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Platform Events, integration patterns, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, governance limits, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, Agile/Scrum delivery, automated testing, release management, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent four-year bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Application Architect, and Salesforce Integration Architect.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
