Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Understand user personas to deliver a slick experience.
- Take end-to-end ownership of components and subsystems.
- Utilize AI tools for coding and documentation.
- Write high-quality code and take responsibility for tasks.
- Solve performance bottlenecks.
- Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or relevant fields.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience with AI tools for code review and generation.
- Experience in building and scaling microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience in developing backends for enterprise systems.
- Excellent understanding of debugging performance and optimization techniques.
- Experience in Java, Mongo, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring Boot, Kafka.
- Experience in developing large-scale cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
