Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating production software systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives.
- Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver on project milestones.
- Experience with both front-end and back-end development.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to collaboration and feedback.
- Comfort using AI tools in development workflows.
